Last week, I hosted a small gathering with friends, and it was the perfect reminder of how easy it is to stay true to your health goals—even when you’re entertaining.

I’m all about making food that fuels your body and leaves you feeling great, so I made sure there were plenty of gut-friendly options available.

I had fresh veggies like baby carrots and celery, fruits like grapes, and a homemade lemony white bean dip.

For the crunchy snacks, I kept it clean with gluten-free options. A few of my favs:

And the crowd favorite? A homemade, dairy-free, gluten-free 7-layer dip!

To add a little fun, I served pomegranate cocktails with a gluten-free tequila base—proof that you can still enjoy yourself and feel good doing it.

For those strictly avoiding alcohol (which I fully support) try doing soda water with ice and lime for a nice refreshing beverage. Or a Kombucha with half water (watch the sugar with these).

Hosting doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your health goals. Whether you're hosting a holiday party or attending one, there are plenty of ways to make sure you’re nourishing your body while still having a great time.
